Fibreplex No 2 Bond Sealer is the second step in protecting hair during the chemical process. Designed to secure the bonds enforced in Step 1 (No 1 Bond Booster) it works to seal the outer hair surface for long lasting strength, elasticity and shine. pH levels are balanced to lock in colour pigments.
